How do I advertise the equivalent of a garage sale on a website?
Okay What I was hoping of doing is setting up a free website (like geocities or something) and putting up pictures of various “lots” for sale (like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figures etc.) Then using the free ads in the local paper to direct people to the site. The problem is I don’t how to set it up. Appearently Geocities doesn’t allow people to sell things with their websites unless it is through an approapriate affiliate program (whatever the heck that is). So does anyone know of a free website (websitebuilder) like Geocities that I can legally hawk my wares?
I need to post in lots. I have over 20 figures, and what I would like to do if have pictures of individual figures with an attached price.
Geocities doesn’t allow you to sell things, and craigslist doesn’t seem to let you make lots (i.e. I would have to advertise each figure, and each figure reference individually).
