To provide potential for financial, personal, and professional growth for our network of Independent Representatives, to create value for the Company and opportunities for our employees, and to grow the family of Spark Energy Customers while maintaining their reputation as a quality energy provider.

 

INTRODUCTION

 

Welcome to Ampegy. As an Independent Representative, you have the potential to earn multiple revenue streams by maximizing opportunities within the deregulated energy industry. Ampegy is an affiliate of Spark Energy and, as such, enjoys a mutually beneficial relationship with one of the fastest growing energy providers in America. Through the Enrollment of Energy Customers to Spark Energy, and by the building of an organization of other Independent Representatives, who do the same, Ampegy Independent Representatives have the opportunity to earn Bonuses and Commissions, as further described herein, all of which are based on the acquisition of Energy Customers.

To get started by joining as an Independent Representative (“IR”), you must register with us by filling out an online Ampegy Independent Representative Application and Agreement (the “Agreement”); this must be done through an existing Ampegy Independent Representative.

 

 

Ampegy Independent Representative Benefits

I.    Commissions & Bonuses

 

As an Ampegy Independent Representative, you will have the ability to benefit from our Marketing and Compensation Plan, which gives you the potential to create immediate income, as well as long‐term residual Commissions from the Energy Customers that you and your Organization of Independent Representatives have Enrolled as Customers with Spark Energy.


II.    Ampegy Business Building Kit

 

Each new Ampegy IR receives a Business Building Kit. This professional binder includes an array of marketing materials (to help you in Enrolling Energy Customers and Sponsoring Independent Representatives (if applicable) and our Ampegy Success Guide. This Guide is a comprehensive document providing each new Independent Representative with an overview of the Company, a description of our Products and Services and a step‐by‐step plan to build a profitable business. Structuring a plan that new Independent Representatives can easily follow and execute is a key element in generating a fast return and achieving fast promotions to higher earning levels. Included are tips and suggested strategies from successful Independent Representatives that provide specific, thought‐provoking examples of how to get started quickly and to set in place the foundation upon which to develop a successful team of Customer gatherers, who will repeat the cycle and, in doing so, help you to build your organization.

III.    AmpZone Back Office

 

As an Ampegy IR, you are provided a software license for exclusive access to AmpZone. This dynamic on‐line interface allows you to monitor every aspect of your Ampegy business. A Qualified IR will have unlimited access to the following components, not all of which are available to Field IRs:

• Amped Up Training Suite

• Independent Representative organization genealogy reports in multiple formats that allow you to review your Organization’s population and productivity

• Commission reports that will enable you to have detailed income breakdowns from all of your Organization’s productive components

• Monitoring tools to graphically depict your past and current productivity results

• Reporting features for your personal and downline Energy Customers

• Communication preference management (emails, schedules, etc.)

• Access to all Ampegy and Spark Energy marketing and sales tools ‐ online ad banners, videos, presentations and more

• The ability to manage your direct deposit information and your forecasted earned Commissions and Bonuses

• Access to important forms and documents; stay up to date with corporate news, announcements and much more

IV.    Business Building Websites

The activities of Sponsoring Independent Representatives and Enrolling Customers are all facilitated online. To have this capability, all Ampegy IRs are provided with two personalized business building websites.

http://YourBusinessName.ampegy.com –Your Ampegy Opportunity Site is an easy‐to‐use website designed and built to help you grow your IR Organizations. You will be able to select “Your Business Name” upon registering, which will define the web address of your new website (Field IR’s access is limited to their back office). Simply send your prospective Independent Representative to your Ampegy Opportunity Site and he or she will be educated on the Ampegy opportunity.

http://YourBusinessName.ampegyservices.com– Your Ampegy Services Site is designed specifically for the Enrollment of Energy Customers. Here they will be able to learn about the energy offerings in their geographical area and join as a Customer. All you need to do is send the people you know to this Customer focused website and it will guide them through the transfer process. It is important that they go through your website, so that you can be properly credited for the Enrollment.

V.    Ampegy Representative Success Department

Trained Representative Success Specialists are standing by for all of your business support needs. This department provides Independent Representatives with all necessary communications so that you and your team are always up to date. Our Representative Success Specialists are experts when it comes to Enrolling Customers and Sponsoring IRs; we understand what it means to be a successful entrepreneur and have the best interests of our Independent Representatives in mind, at all times. JOINING AMPEGY

 

There are two different options for joining the Ampegy team as an Independent Representative; as a Qualified Representative or a Field Representative:

1.    Field Representative:

 

You may join Ampegy as a Field Representative by paying a onetime cost of $49.95 for an Ampegy Business Building Kit. For a Field Representatives to enjoy the ability to personally Enroll Energy Customers and earn personal Active Customer Commissions (ACC). No other Commissions or Bonuses described herein are available unless the Field Representative has been Qualified. A Field Representative may become Qualified by either self promoting to a Qualified Representative by Enrolling 30 Active Customers within 6 months of joining, or by purchasing the optional Amped Up Training Suite cost of $349.95 at anytime so that all training materials and AmpZone resources may be made available.

 

2.    Qualified Representative:

 

If you’re serious about building a highly successful business, you will consider purchasing the optional Amped Up Training Suite for an additional onetime cost of $349.95 (for a total cost of $399.90) and becoming a Qualified Representative. This will enable you to access all of the optional, interactive training materials contained within the Amped Up Training Suite. With these resources available, you will not only be qualified to Enroll Energy Customers, but also to build an Organization of other Independent Representatives who collectively create a potentially viral Customer Enrolling machine! All Commissions and Bonuses described in this Marketing and Compensation Plan are available to Qualified IRs as further described herein. Qualified IRs are usually described as individuals who are motivated to achieve success through their own efforts and the efforts of their Organization.

In either case, it is required that all Independent Representatives pay a monthly sales and marketing support cost of $19.95 each month.

 

Before continuing, you must understand that there is no requirement to become an Qualified Representative beyond joining as a Field Representative by filing of the Independent Representative Agreement and purchasing the Business Building Kit, which is sold at Ampegy’s cost. Your advancement to higher leadership levels in the Ampegy Marketing and Compensation Plan is based solely upon the acquisition of Customers and energy usage. You acknowledge that, except for the Business Building Kit, any purchase of sales aids, training materials or training is strictly voluntary. You also understand that if you choose to sponsor other Independent Representatives to participate in Ampegy’s Marketing and Compensation Plan, you will not receive any compensation whatsoever for the act of Sponsoring, and that you will be compensated based upon the activities of other Independent Representatives only to the extent of their Enrolling of Energy Customers. You acknowledge that if you execute an Independent Representative Agreement on behalf of a business entity of any kind, you remain personally responsible for the performance of all the duties and obligations described in the Independent Representative Agreement.

 

BUSINESS NAME

To join as an Independent Representative with Ampegy, you must use the Business Name of the Independent Representative who introduced you to the Ampegy opportunity.

Upon joining Ampegy as an IR, you will create your own unique, personal Business Name, which will enable you to Enroll Energy Customers. Likewise, as a QIR, this Business Name will enable you to build your new Ampegy Organization.

 

Once you join, your corresponding Business Building Websites, as described above, are automatically created. The Business Building Websites are what Field IRs and Qualified IRs will use to Enroll Spark Energy Customers, and Qualified IRs will us to Sponsor Ampegy Independent Representatives.

For example, when a prospective Spark Energy Customer joins through your Ampegy Services Site (http://YourBusinessName.ampegyservices.com), our system will automatically record that this new Customer has been Enrolled by you. The same recording capability applies to the Sponsoring of IRs in your own Independent Representative Organization. Your websites automatically identify participants and track them for the appropriate benefits to you.

CUSTOMER

 

Every Commission and Bonus contemplated in our Marketing and Compensation Plan is based upon the Enrollment of Energy Customers. No monies are ever paid out based solely upon the Sponsorship of an Independent Representative.

It is important to understand how a Customer is qualified for credit to your Customer Point total. The following describes the Customer Enrollment process each Customer goes through to ultimately become an active user of the Products and Services marketed by Ampegy:

•    Submitted – The Customer information has been input into the Ampegy system.

•    Active – The Customer has been accepted by the utility and/or is receiving energy at the service address requested.

•    Cancelled – The Customer has requested cancellation or has cancelled by Spark Energy.
Once Active, if a Customer requests cancellation during the current billing cycle, OR IF a Customer is terminated for non‐payment, he or she would be moved to a “Cancelled” status and would not be counted in your Customer Point total.

 

 

AMPEGY COMPENSATION PLAN

 

 

There are several ways to earn money in your new Ampegy business. Our Marketing and Compensation Plan is simple to understand because everything we do revolves around three simple activities; the first of these is the Enrolling of Customers, the second is the Sponsoring of other Independent Representatives and the third is the assistance that you provide to help them to gather their first Customers. By following this simple three‐step plan, you have the potential to earn immediate income and create a long‐term residual income as you develop a team resulting in unlimited income generating levels. The Ampegy Marketing and Compensation Plan is effective and provides you the potential to realize substantial financial rewards!

Here is a breakdown of the different revenue streams available to you:

Immediate Income:
•    Fast Start Bonuses (Paid to Qualified IRs Only)

 

Recurring Income:

•    Active Customer Commissions

 

Unlimited Income:

Business Development Bonuses (Paid to Qualified IRs Only)
• Customer Development Bonuses (Paid to Qualified IRs Only)

FAST START BONUSES

 

 

Fast Start Bonuses are generated when a new Qualified Representative Enrolls as few as 3 Active Customer Points within the first 30 days after joining as a Qualified IR (one of those Customers can be the new QIR).

There are 3 components to the Fast Start Bonus opportunity. They are as follows:

1.    Fast Start 100 – You qualify to earn $100.00 when you personally Enroll 3 Submitted Customers within your first 30 days in the business, 1 of whom can be yourself.

2.    Fast Start 200 – You qualify to earn an additional $100.00 (for a total of $200.00) when you personally Enroll 10 Submitted Customers within your first 30 days in the business.

3.    Sponsor Fast Start– You qualify to earn $100.00 when any Qualified Representative you personally Sponsor gets his or her first 3 Submitted Customers within 30 days of joining the business.

 

Bonuses will never be paid based solely on the recruitment of Ampegy Independent Representatives. While you will qualify and become Eligible for the Fast Start Bonuses described above based upon Submitted Customers, you will not be paid until those Submitted Customers move to Active status.

 

With the Fast Start Bonus potential, the first activity for any Qualified IR is to seek out, find and Enroll 3 Energy Customers – this important step earns a Fast Start Bonus, as well as a Fast Start Bonus for the Qualified IR’s Sponsor. Following this activity, the next step is to Sponsor Qualified IRs to build the business and to help those Qualified IRs find their 3 Customers in 30 days. In doing so, Fast Start Bonuses are earned for the achieving Qualified IRs and you earn the Sponsor Fast Start Bonus, as well.

 

As you begin to build your business, Enrolling Energy Customers and Sponsoring Independent Representatives, you can become Eligible and be promoted to higher leadership positions, detailed within the Marketing and Compensation Plan. What follows are some details regarding how these promotion levels are achieved for each promotion level.

 

The benefit to any Qualified Representative for achieving promotion status is in the increased compensation that can be received on future activity. These benefits are spelled out in the Business Development Bonus and Customer Development Bonus sections.

 

 

LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

Three leadership positions are offered, as further described below. After each promotion is achieved, the Qualified Representative starts a new Organization for that position or Code (think of it as another store), but does not give up or leave behind anything that was developed prior to the promotion. To promote, you must achieve the following minimum qualifications:

For Promotion to Managing Representative (“MR”)

What It Takes: As a Qualified Representative, you personally Sponsor 3 new QIRs.

What It Means: As a Managing Representative you earn:

•    A one‐time $50.00 Business Development Bonus on every Qualified IR in your MR Organization that successfully triggers a Fast Start Bonus, whether personally Sponsored or Sponsored anywhere in your MR Organization, down to unlimited depth.

•    A monthly $0.50 Customer Development Bonus on each monthly payment from an Active Customer Enrolled by every IR in your MR Organization, to unlimited depth.


For Promotion to Area Representative (“AR”)

What It Takes: As a Managing Representative, you must personally Sponsor 3 new Qualified IRs who promote themselves to MR, as well as develop a team of 30 Qualified IRs within your MR Organization. (Please note that if an Independent Representative in your MR Organization has reached MR status, his or her MR Organization cannot be counted towards the 30 IRs.

What it Means: As an Area Representative, you earn:

•    A one‐time $110.00 Business Development Bonus ($50.00 MR + $60.00 AR) on every Qualified IR in your AR Organization that successfully triggers a Fast Start Bonus, whether personally Sponsored or Sponsored anywhere in your AR Organization, down to unlimited depth.

•    A monthly $1.00 Customer Development Bonus ($0.50 MR + $0.50 AR) on each monthly payment from an Active Customer Enrolled by every IR in your AR Organization, to unlimited depth.

For Promotion to National Representative (“NR”)

 

What It Takes: As an Area Representative, you must develop a total of 10 Qualified ARs within your AR Code, 5 of which must have been personally Sponsored by you after you promoted to an AR.

 

What it Means: As a National Representative, you earn:

 

•    A one‐time $180.00 Business Development Bonus ($50.00 MR + $60.00 AR + $70.00 NR) on every Qualified IR in your NR organization that successfully triggers a Fast Start Bonus, whether personally Sponsored or Sponsored anywhere in your AR Organization, down to unlimited depth. (Paid Weekly)

 

•    A monthly $1.50 Customer Development Bonus ($0.50 MR + $0.50 AR + $0.50 NR) on each monthly payment from an Active Customer Enrolled by every IR in your NR Organization, to unlimited depth.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BONUSES (BDB)


As your Qualified Representative Organization begins to grow and you get promoted into advanced leadership levels (also referred to as codes or codings), you begin to earn money from the Customer Enrollment activity of all your Organization, whether personally or indirectly Sponsored, DOWN UNLIMITED LEVELS!

As an example, if you were promoted to a National Representative and personally Sponsored a Qualified IR into your Organization, once you helped that person Enroll 3 Customers within 30 days, you would qualify to receive, along with your $100.00 Fast Start Bonus as illustrated above, an additional $180.00 Business Development Bonus.

Additionally, every Qualified IR that joined the team of the person you just Sponsored, who generated a Fast Start Bonus, would also earn you a Business Development Bonus of $180.00, down to unlimited depth. No Business Development Bonuses are paid out until the required number of Customers reach Active Customer status. Eligibility requirements apply, as further described herein.

CHECK MATCH

 

Ampegy’s Check Match Bonus creates a unique and innovative incentive to encourage new Qualified Representatives to actively pursue the sponsorship of top performers in the early stages of building their businesses. Accordingly, this Bonus pays you a 25% Bonus of all the Business Development Bonuses earned by the first 3 Qualified Representatives that you Sponsor into your Organization.    This Bonus is paid weekly.

 

 

ACTIVE CUSTOMER COMMISSIONS (ACC)

 

As you successfully begin to personally Enroll Active Customers, as well as grow an Organization of other Independent Representatives who do the same, you will begin to build a Customer Enrolling machine. As these Active Customers consume and pay their energy bills, you will be paid monthly Active Customer Commissions on all Active Customers on your personal level, as well as all Customers in the 6 levels below you. Field IR’s will only be paid commission on their personal Customers.

CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT BONUS (CDB)

 

Very similar to the Business Development Bonus program, your promotions also impact your ability to generate income from Active Customers within your Organization. These Bonuses are paid, as with the Business Development Bonus program, for all Active Customers upon receipt of their payment. This Bonus is paid DOWN TO UNLIMITED LEVELS!

As an example, once promoted to National Representative, you will be paid a $1.50 Customer Development Bonus on each monthly payment from an Active Customer paid out on all Active Customers within your NR Organization, down to unlimited depth. This Bonus is paid monthly, repeatedly on every Active Customer in your respective promotion level. Eligibility requirements apply, as further described, herein.

Eligibility to Receive Commissions and Bonuses

 

As you promote yourself to Leadership positions (Codings), you will never be ‘demoted’ to a lower level. However, to continue to earn the various Marketing and Compensation Plan Commissions and Bonuses, you must maintain certain levels of Eligibility.

The following are the Eligibility requirements for each Commission and Bonus component. An Active Customer is equal to one (1) Active Customer Point:

Fast Start 100 and 200 Bonuses – To be Eligible to receive these Bonuses you must be a Qualified IR and have the required number of Active Customer Points at the time the Bonus is processed. For Fast Start 100, you must have 3 Active Customer Points and for Fast Start 200 you must have 10 Active Customer Points.

Sponsor Fast Start Bonuses – To be Eligible to receive this Bonus, you, as a Sponsor, must be a Qualified IR and in Good Standing in the Ampegy system at the time of payment.


Business Development Bonuses (BDB) and Check Match Bonuses
‐ To be Eligible to receive your weekly Business Development Bonuses and Check Match Bonuses from the BDB earnings of your first 3 personally Sponsored Qualified IRs, you must be a Qualified IR and maintain a certain number of Active Customer Points each week. As an example, you must have the required number of Active Customer Points each Thursday night at 11:59 PM in order to be paid the following day.

Managing Representatives:    3 Active Customer Points

Area Representatives:    10 Active Customer Points

National Representatives:    20 Active Customer Points


Customer Development Bonus (CDB)–
To be Eligible to receive your monthly Customer Development Bonuses, you must be a Qualified IR and Eligible the last day of the month prior to the month that this Bonus is processed. As an example, to be Eligible for CDBs earned in January, which are paid out February 15 (the following month), you must have the required number of Active Customer Points as illustrated below on January 31.


Managing Representatives:
3 Active Customer Points

Area Representatives: 10 Active Customer Points

National Representatives: 20 Active Customer Points


Active Customer Commissions (ACC) – To be Eligible to receive your monthly Active Customer Commissions, you must maintain a certain number of Active Customer Points in order to be Eligible the last day of the month prior to the month of the Commission payout. The Eligibility requirements for Active Customer Commissions are illustrated below:

 

 

At the time Commissions and Bonuses are calculated and processed, the Ampegy commission system will check your account to see that you have met the above described requirements before paying any Commissions or Bonuses beyond your personal level (Level 0).

 


Commission and Bonus Payments

 

Weekly Commission and Bonus periods begin each Saturday at 12:00 AM CT and end each Friday night at 11:59 PM CT. Ampegy pays weekly Commissions and Bonuses each Friday for the proceeding week’s earnings, and these earnings are posted in your AmpZone Back Office. Weekly Commissions consist of Fast Start 100 Bonuses, Fast Start 200 Bonuses, Sponsor Fast Start Bonuses, Business Development Bonuses and Check Match Bonuses. All weekly deposits are submitted to Independent Representatives bank accounts on Fridays and, when checks are issued, they are postmarked on Fridays.

 

Monthly Commission and Bonus periods begin at 12:00 AM CT on the first day of each month and end at 11:59 PM CT the last day of each month. Ampegy pays monthly on the 15th of each month for the prior month’s earnings, and these earnings are posted in your AmpZone Back Office. Monthly earnings consist of Active Customer Commissions and Customer Development Bonuses. All monthly deposits are made to Independent Representatives’ bank accounts on the 15th, except when the 15th arrives on the weekend or a company holiday, wherein the deposit will

be made the Friday before.

 

No Commissions or Bonuses are paid out until a total of $10 has been accumulated.

KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT CURRENT

 

To maintain in Good Standing with Ampegy, you must remain current on your payment of your monthly sales and marketing support costs. If we are unsuccessful in billing you for your monthly sales and marketing support costs at any time, we will make 2 additional attempts within 6 days. If we are unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the corresponding benefits associated with your position will be suspended. You will receive email notifications after each failure as reminders to update your account.

 

You will have 30 calendar days following the first billing attempt to reinstate your position by paying any costs due. If after the 30 calendar days, following the first billing attempt, you have not brought your account current, you will have an additional 60 calendar days before your account and your Independent Representative Agreement will be terminated. During this 60 calendar day period, you may still reactivate your account by paying costs due plus a reinstatement cost of $100.00. If your account is not reinstated at anytime during these ninety (90) calendar days following the first billing attempt, your account will be purged from the system without the ability for it to be reactivated and your Independent Representative Agreement will be terminated. Independent Representatives that are not in Good Standing will not be able to earn Commissions and Bonuses until the account is current, and all missed Commissions and Bonuses will not be paid for the period in which the account is not in good standing

 

 

MONTHLY GRACE PERIOD

To maintain your Eligibility for payment of Active Customer Commissions and Customer Development Bonuses (these are your only 2 payments paid monthly, all others are paid weekly), you must have the required number of Active Customers the last day of the month prior to the month in which the payment is made.


If, for some reason, you fall below this level and become ineligible, you will receive a monthly grace period notice and still be paid for that pay period.
You will only be allowed 2 non‐consecutive monthly grace periods in each calendar year. Should you remain ineligible for 2 consecutive months, you will not be paid the second month and will not be paid again until you gather the required number of Active Customers.

 


FEES

 

The Company and/or its third‐party administrators will impose fees for processing and issuing Bonuses and Commissions as set forth on its website and/or in its Policies and Procedures. The fees will be deducted from your Commission and Bonus payments.

 


DEFINITIONS

 

•    Active Customer ‐ Customer has been accepted by the utility and/or is receiving energy at the service address requested.


•    Active Customer Commission (ACC) – A residual Commission paid on the usage of all your Active Customers, based on total Active Energy Customers down 7 levels.


•    Active Customer Point ‐ An Active Customer is equal to one (1) Active Customer Point.

 

•    Ampegy – Ampegy, LLC is the legal name of the company that Enrolls Energy Customers to Spark Energy through its network of Independent Representatives.

 

•    AmpZone– A revolutionary software package tool enabling Qualified Representatives to view his or her Independent Representatives and Customers, including alerts, reporting, tracking and contact managementwith his or her organization.

 

•    AR Organization – Those Independent Representatives that are Sponsored and those Energy Customers that are Enrolled in your downline after you become a Area Representative.

 

•    Bonuses – The Fast Start Bonuses, Check Matching Bonuses, Business Development Bonuses, and Customer Development Bonuses and other bonuses set forth in the Marketing and Compensation Plan from time to time.

 

• Business Building Websites – Collectively refers to the two websites provided to Independent
Representatives on the www.ampegy.com and www.ampegyservices.com URL’s.

 

•    Business Name – Unique identifier used for tracking purposes in Enrolling Customers and Sponsoring IRs.

 

•    Business Development Bonus (BDB) – The Bonuses accumulated and paid down unlimited levels as you as a Qualified IR, gain promotion through various Leadership Codes.

 

•    Cancelled – When a Customer has requested Cancellation or has not been Activated.

 

•    Check Match Bonus – A Bonus paid to a Sponsor on the BDBs of his or her first 3 sponsored IRs

 

•    Code – Also refers to as Coding. This term refers to the different leadership levels and positions that an Qualified Independent Representative can promote him or herself to.

 

• Commissions –Active Customer Commissions and other commissions set forth in the Marketing and Compensation Plan from time to time.

 

•    Customer – See Energy Customer. •    Customer Development Bonus (CDB) – A residual Bonus based on the number of Active Customers in each of a Qualified IR’s leadership Codes paid down unlimited levels.

 

•    Eligible – A status associated with an Independent Representative maintaining his, her or its required Active
Customers at the end of the day prior to the day in which a certain payment is made. •    Energy Customer – A Customer of Spark Energy that consumes Spark’s energy services. All Customers belong to Spark Energy, LLC.

 

•    Energy Services –Refers to the energy services provided by Spark Energy, LLC to Customers.

 

•    Enrolling – The activity of contacting and successfully directing persons to enroll as an Energy Customer with Spark Energy.

 

•    Fast Start Bonus – The payment to a Qualified Representative for Enrolling Customers in a certain time frame after initially registering as an Independent Representative.

 

•    Field Representative – An Independent Representative that has not purchased the optional Amped Up Training Suite or Enrolled thirty (30) Active Customers within the first six (6) months of joining.

 

•    Good Standing – An IR who is current in payment of the IR’s monthly sales and marketing support costs.

 

•    Independent Representative (IR) – Individuals who choose to join the Ampegy opportunity either as a Qualified Representative or a Field Representative.

 

•    Leadership Code / Coding – The progressive promotion steps gained through building a larger and larger team of IRs.

 

•    Level — The layers of Downline Independent Representatives in a particular Independent Representative’s Ampegy business. This term refers to the relationship of an Independent Representative relative to a particular Upline Independent Representative, determined by the number of Independent Representatives between them who are related by sponsorship. For example, if A sponsors B, who sponsors C, who sponsors D, who sponsors E, then E is on A’s fourth Level


•    Monthly Sales and Marketing Support Cost – The required monthly cost of $19.95 that Independent Representatives must pay in order to remain in Good Standing with Ampegy, and to access the benefits described herein.


•    MR Organization – Those Independent Representatives that are Sponsored and those Energy Customers that are Enrolled in your downline after you become a Managing Representative.

•    NR Organization – Those Independent Representatives that are Sponsored and those Energy Customers that are Enrolled in your downline after you become a National Representative.

• Organization – The Independent Representatives Sponsored and Customers Enrolled beneath an Independent Representative.

• Qualified – A status associated with an Independent Representative reflecting such Independent Representative’s Customers and/or purchases required to qualify for payment of particular Commissions and Bonuses.

•    Qualified Representative (QIR) – An IR that has either purchased the optional Amped Up Training Suite, or who has successfully Enrolled 30 Active Customers within 6 months becoming an IR.

•    Services – Please see Energy Services.

 

•    Sponsor – This term has two definitions;

 

1) A name for the Independent Representative that brings on or ‘Sponsors’ another Independent Representative into the Ampegy opportunity.

 

2) The act of sponsoring or ‘to Sponsor’.

 

•    Sponsoring – Refers to the act of sponsoring an Independent Representative.

 

•    Sponsor Fast Start Bonus – The Bonus paid to a Sponsor for helping a new Qualified Representative enroll his or her first 3 Customers.

 

•    Submitted – The Customer information has been input into the Ampegy system.
