Cbs Affiliate Philadelphia

Would a casino dealer to be a dead end job?
There is a casino to open in the Philadelphia area and I get a chance to dealer Attend school (the casino would have to cover) and a dealer. Is this dead-end job or is their promotion prospects beyond being a dealer. I am a relatively young guy (27) with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications. I am currently working on a CBS affiliate, but hours are few and far between, so I was search in this thinking. I would finally like to advance from a dealer, but I really do not know much about casinos and the opportunities they offer.
Well, I'm younger and I could be wrong. But I think it would just be a dead end job, if you're going to have to do for a career, but because, as I am under 21 years and do not have much experience in the casino world I could be wrong. But I think it would do well to take your studies can be anywhere, plus you can be a real hit at parties!
