A good OB/GYN in Houston, recommendations!?
Hello everyone,
I am 13 weeks gone and I am looking for a new OB/GYN in the West Houston area (TX). My current OB/GYN seems always to be distracted and to have a lot on her mind and in a rush each time. Her staff are also not efficient and would not give you information when you call to ask. They always promise to call back but NEVER do. I was even accused of missing an appointment when they never informed me about it.
She also misdiagnosed me when I had a vitamin deficiency saying that it was not pregnancy related. I only found out when I visited my PCP.
I am looking for a better female OB/GYN who understands and listens to their patient. It would be great to have the doctor affiliated with Memorial Herman (North West, South West or Memorial).
If you could recommend a name and the phone number, it would really be helpful. I just need to be sure that I am doing the best for my baby.

Sorry no female sugg; but Dr Alan Moore of Memorial Hermann Woodlands (probably too far from you) is absolutely great. Delivered our girl 7 months ago and is our dr for our second pregnancy.
