What does Affiliate mean?

Affiliate in layman’s terms simply means an agent for that product. Simply put it this way, You enroll as an affiliate or agent and you promote or sell the product of the site or company you enrolled in. You are given an affiliate link wherein you will use for promotion. Once someone click on your affiliate linka and buy the product you are promoting, you get commission for that product you sold, in form of an item or by cash.
Some sites like build web sites sites do have affiliate programs you may enroll in and promote their service to other people. You may get points where you can reimbursed for an item like laptop or cellphones. There are lots of sites who offers this kind of service for their promotion or marketing strategy.
