The Latest 2011 EB-5 Regional Centers List

According to the report that was released by USCIS after the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Stakeholder Meeting in California on March 17, there were 125 approved EB-5 Regional Centers (RCs), operating in 36 states, including the District of Columbia and Guam. However, according to the USCIS website, as of today this number has increased up to 133 approved Regional Centers.

The USCIS report states that approximately 90-95% of the individual I-526 applications filed each year are filed by Alien Investors who are investing in RC-affiliated commercial enterprises.

Despite the fact that there is currently over 130 approved Regional Centers, not all of them have active EB-5 projects and out of those that have active projects not all are secure.
