on yahoo answers, i’ve heard strappless dresses on people my age considered “slutty”
it’s not to go to school or church or anything like that- its just to wear in the sun or go to the mall or something
i believe you are kinda young to go strapless, but if you really like the dress, put a tank top the color of the flowers under it. this will give you a layered look, which is not hot and pretty stylish.
