Where can I get Doc Marten boots? And about the tag and sewing lines, how do I hide them? Best Answer!?
I really love the style, I think it is so cute, and I love how vintage they look when they are worn in. :3 So I was wondering, where would it be best to buy them? I am a size 6, and I don’t want used Doc Martens. But I like the look here:

It looks like the tag is tucked behind the shoe, and the soles/sewing lines are black. On the website I can only see yellow lining which looks ugly to me ;P could someone help me find just basic all black doc martens like these? Thank you

You can get them at zappos.com. They aren’t vintage, but at least you know you’ll be getting the right size. As for the tag and seams, you could always cut the tag off or tuck it into the shoe and color the seams with a permanent black marker. But honestly that would be ruining a pair of Docs.

Well, the boot shaft height on these is 7 inches, so it might be a little higher than an ankle boot. Here are some that are definitely a little shorter, but you would have to deal with the yellow seams.
